My name is Emily Kyle, and I created this cannabis blog for women because I believe first-hand in the power of cannabis as medicine, as this has improved my own health and wellbeing and allowed me to confidently manage my anxiety and depression for the past ten years.
After going back to school to become a certified Holistic Cannabis Practitioner, I have since worked with hundreds of women (and men) just like you to provide responsible, evidence-based cannabis information as an educated and trustworthy healthcare provider.
It is no secret that when used appropriately, cannabis is a safe and effective medicine for a wide range of conditions from anxiety and depression to autoimmune conditions and more. There is more than enough clinical evidence to prove it.
But safe and appropriate cannabis use requires education.
